St. Paul’s School Hosts Prestigious Harvard Life Skill Program

St. Paul’s School (Main Branch), in collaboration with Get Set Learn, successfully organized the esteemed Harvard Life Skill Program, providing students with an enriching platform to develop critical 21st-century skills and leadership capabilities.

The program was conducted by renowned industry expert Mr. Jay Chandarana, Training Consultant and Learning & Development Specialist, along with Ms. Rucha Doifode, Product Manager – Premium Division, Get Set Learn. Through interactive sessions and experiential learning activities, students gained valuable insights into leadership, teamwork, innovation, and personal growth.

The workshop focused on three key pillars:

  • Innovation & Creativity: Encouraging creative thinking and effective problem-solving approaches.
  • Leading People: Developing the ability to inspire trust, motivate peers, and lead with confidence.
  • Team Management: Enhancing communication skills, conflict resolution strategies, and collaborative teamwork.

Designed to align with the principles of NEP 2020, NCC, and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the program emphasized holistic development and real-world application of leadership skills beyond traditional classroom learning.

The initiative reflects St. Paul’s School’s commitment to nurturing future-ready learners equipped with the knowledge, mindset, and competencies required to excel in an ever-evolving global landscape.

All participating students will be awarded a personalized Certificate of Completion from Harvard Business Impact, recognizing their successful participation and dedication to leadership development.
